Prosecco: this area is well served by buses and shops and at the same time you can enjoy the tranquillity of the carst. The cottage is 55sqm, has a garden with swimming pool and a sauna. The house is on two floors: from the atrium we enter the living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher and washing machine etc. On the ground floor there is also a first bathroom with toilet and shower. Going up to the first floor we reach the sleeping area with a terrace. The house offerst all living comfort: underfloor heating, thermal insulation, triple glazed windows, photovoltaic system, air conditioning.
The fee includes all ancillary costs: WI-FI, heating, hot and cold water, gardening, use of swimming pool and sauna, electricity, garbage tax.

Location: Prosecco is located a few kilometers from Trieste. From here you can quickly reach Slovenia, Austria and Croatia. The Trieste airport (Ronchi del Legionari) can be reached in half an hour (35km) while the one in Ljubljana in an hour (100km). Prosecco offers all main services (post office, civic center, public transport, supermarkets, bars, restaurants …). Thanks to its privileged position it is perfect for hiking, tracking, climbing, running, mountain biking, horse riding and golf.
